Our Youth Ministry exists to SHARE the love of Jesus with students, LINK-UP with other Christians, INCREASE our knowledge of God, CARE for others, and to EXPRESS our love for God. Together, that is a S-L-I-C-E of what happens at North Hills Youth. And there are lots of ways for students to get involved, including:
Sunday Morning Youth Service — this is a Youth-only time, with our own worship team leading worship and our own speaker. All 7th-12th grade students gather for a combined time of worship, and then divide up for separate Jr. High & High School teaching times.
Small Groups — this is where you get the chance to build great relationships with other students, as well as be mentored by an adult leader. Groups are active during the school year.
Missions — we want our students to get a BIG - picture view of the world. Whether it’s building a house or working at an orphanage in Mexico, running a Vacation Bible School at a small church in California, working with kids in Northern Ireland, or even being the hands and feet of Jesus on the streets of LA and San Francisco, our students are exposed to how God can use them.
Activities — we’re always doing something, whether its pool parties, movie nights, laser tag, camps, or youth convention in San Diego. This is a great way to get involved with North Hills Youth.
